Engagement

Analytics

Track post performance, engagement metrics, and audience trends across all your connected social platforms.

Overview

Who can use this: Owner, Admin, Member (view). Plan requirement: Free and above (advanced reports: Business and above).

Analytics shows you how your posts are performing across all connected social platforms. You can track engagement rates, reach, clicks, and more — all in one place, without logging into each platform separately.

Navigate to Analytics from the left sidebar (web: /analytics) or from More → Analytics on mobile.

Requirement: Analytics data is only available for connected social accounts with Active status. Platforms must be connected and post data must exist (posts published via 247BrandHQ or retroactively imported where supported by the platform).

Date range filters

At the top of the Analytics page, a date range selector lets you define the time period for all displayed metrics.

Preset date ranges available:

  • Last 7 days
  • Last 30 days
  • Last 90 days
  • This month
  • Last month
  • Custom range — pick a specific start and end date using the calendar picker

All charts and metrics on the page update immediately when you change the date range.

Platform filters

Below the date range, platform filter tabs let you focus on data from specific social networks.

  • All platforms — aggregated metrics from all connected accounts.
  • Per-platform tabs — one tab per connected social account showing platform-specific metrics.
Not all metrics are available from every platform. For example, Instagram provides reach and impressions, while WhatsApp Business surfaces message-level engagement. Each platform tab shows only the metrics that platform's API supports.

Engagement metrics

The Analytics page shows a set of summary cards and charts for the selected date range and platform. Common metrics include:

MetricWhat it measures
ImpressionsTotal number of times your posts were displayed on screen (includes repeat views).
ReachNumber of unique accounts that saw at least one of your posts.
EngagementsTotal interactions: likes, comments, shares, saves, and clicks combined.
Engagement rateEngagements divided by reach (or impressions), expressed as a percentage.
LikesNumber of like reactions received on posts.
CommentsNumber of comments received on posts.
Shares / RepostsNumber of times posts were shared or reposted by other accounts.
ClicksNumber of link clicks on posts (where the platform provides this data).
SavesNumber of times users saved a post (available on Instagram).
Follower growthChange in follower count over the selected period.

Metric availability varies by platform. Unavailable metrics display a dash (—) or are hidden.

Post performance table

Scrolling down the Analytics page reveals a Post performance table listing all posts published in the selected date range. The table shows:

  • Post caption preview
  • Platform and account
  • Published date and time
  • Impressions, engagements, and engagement rate
  • Likes, comments, and shares

Click on any post row to expand it and see the full metrics breakdown for that individual post. You can also sort the table by any column to identify your best and worst performing posts.

Analytics charts

The Analytics page includes visualisation charts to help you identify trends over time:

  • Engagement over time — a line or bar chart showing daily or weekly engagement totals for the selected period.
  • Posts published over time — shows your posting frequency and helps correlate posting activity with engagement trends.
  • Platform breakdown — a pie or bar chart showing how engagement is distributed across different social platforms.

Analytics reports

Plan requirement: Business plan and above.

On Business plans and above, you can generate and export full Analytics reports.

  1. Set your desired date range and platform filters.
  2. Click Export report or Generate report in the top-right of the Analytics page.
  3. Choose your output format (PDF or CSV).
  4. The report is generated and either downloaded immediately or sent to your email address.
Reports include all metrics visible on the Analytics page for the selected filters, including the full post performance table. CSV exports are useful for importing data into spreadsheet tools.

Data freshness

Analytics data is retrieved from each social platform's API. There is typically a delay between when a post is published and when full metrics become available:

  • Most platforms: metrics appear within 30 minutes to a few hours of publication.
  • Some platforms may take a few hours to report full metrics after publication.
  • Historical data may be incomplete if the social account was connected after the posts were published.

The timestamp of the last data sync is shown at the bottom of the Analytics page.
