Core Features

Dashboard

Your command centre — an at-a-glance view of your workspace activity, stats, and alerts.

Overview

The Dashboard is the first screen you see after logging in. It gives you a real-time summary of your workspace's activity — scheduled posts coming up, recent publish results, AI credit balance, and subscription status.

Navigate to the Dashboard at any time by clicking the Dashboard link at the top of the left sidebar (web) or the Dashboard tab in the bottom navigation (mobile).

Stats cards

At the top of the Dashboard, a row of stats cards shows key metrics for your workspace:

Posts scheduled

The number of posts currently scheduled and waiting to publish. Click to view them in the Queue.

Posts published (this month)

Total posts successfully published in the current billing month. Shows your usage versus your plan's monthly post limit.

Connected accounts

AI credits remaining

Your current AI credit balance for the month. Clicking this card takes you to the AI Credits usage page.

Recent posts

Below the stats cards, the Recent posts section lists your most recently created or published posts. Each post card shows:

  • Post caption preview
  • Target social platforms (platform icons)
  • Post status: Published, Scheduled, Draft, or Failed
  • Scheduled or published date and time

Click any post card to open it in the Composer for editing or to view its full details. Click View all posts to go to the full Queue.

Subscription status bar

A status bar near the top of the Dashboard shows your current plan and highlights any urgent subscription-related issues:

Active subscription

Shows your plan name and next renewal date. No action required.

Trial / Free plan

Shows an Upgrade prompt with a link to Settings → Billing.

Expiring soon

Shows a warning banner when your subscription expires within 7 days. Includes a Renew now button.

Expired — grace period

Shows the number of days remaining before media files are deleted. Includes a Renew now button.

Post limit near

Shown when you have used more than 80% of your monthly post allowance.

AI credit display

The Dashboard includes an AI credit widget that shows:

  • Your current credit balance (combined monthly + top-up pack credits)
  • Monthly credits used vs. total monthly allowance (as a progress bar)
  • A link to buy more credits if your balance is low
When your AI credit balance drops below a threshold, the credit widget turns amber and shows a warning. At zero, it turns red and the AI features become disabled until credits are replenished.

Notification bell

The notification bell icon (🔔) in the top-right corner of every page shows unread notifications. Click it to open the notification panel.

Notifications include:

  • Post published or failed
  • Post pending your approval
  • Social account token expired
  • Team invitation accepted
  • AI credits or storage running low
  • Subscription and billing alerts

Click any notification to navigate to the relevant page. Mark notifications as read individually or use Mark all as read to clear the unread count.

Configure which events trigger notifications in Settings → Notifications.

Workspace switcher

If you have access to multiple workspaces (either as an owner or as an invited member), the workspace switcher lets you change which workspace you are currently viewing.

On the web app, the current workspace name is displayed at the top of the left sidebar. Click it to open the workspace switcher panel. On mobile, tap the workspace name at the top of the Dashboard.

The switcher shows all workspaces you have access to, along with your role in each. Selecting a workspace immediately switches the entire app to that workspace's data — posts, social accounts, media, and team are all workspace-specific.
