Installing the app

Android

1. Open the Google Play Store on your Android device.
2. Search for 247BrandHQ.
3. Tap Install. The app downloads and installs automatically.
4. Tap Open once installation is complete.

iOS (iPhone and iPad)

1. Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Search for 247BrandHQ.
3. Tap Get (or the cloud icon if you previously installed it).
4. Authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password if prompted.
5. Tap Open once installation is complete.

First login and workspace sync

When you open the app for the first time, you are taken to the login screen.

1. Enter your email address and password, or tap Continue with Google to log in with your Google account.
2. If you have two-factor authentication enabled, you are prompted to enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app.
3. After successful login, the app synchronises your workspace data. This may take a few seconds on the first load.
4. You land on the Dashboard screen.

Bottom navigation tabs

The main navigation in the mobile app is a bottom tab bar with the following tabs:

The More screen

Tapping More in the bottom navigation opens the More screen, which provides access to all features that do not have a dedicated bottom tab:

Creator and WhatsApp workflows

The mobile app uses the same workspace and permissions as the web app. In a Creator workspace, use Creator Profile, Content Ideas, AI Studio, Analytics, and Partnerships from More. Facebook and Instagram are the creator publishing channels; WhatsApp remains available for eligible Business conversations, AI Agents, and approved WhatsApp Campaigns.

Partnerships and deadlines are shown in Calendar as read-only partnership entries. Actual posts continue to use the existing Composer, Queue, Approvals, and publishing workflow. Switching workspaces also switches the profile, content, analytics, and connected accounts shown in the app.

Creating posts on mobile

The mobile Composer has the same core features as the web version. Tap the Composer tab to open it.

1. Tap the account tiles at the top to select which social accounts to post to.
2. Tap inside the Caption field and type your post text.
3. Tap Add media to attach images or videos. You can choose from your Camera, Gallery, or Media Library.
4. Tap More options to expand optional fields: first comment, alt text, link URL, and labels.
5. Tap Save as Draft, Schedule, or Publish nowto complete the post.

AI features on mobile

All AI features available on the web are also available in the mobile app. Access them the same way — through the AI toolbar in the Composer or via the AI Studio in the More screen.

• In the Composer, tap the AI button in the caption toolbar to access Generate, Hashtags, Rephrase, and Translate.
• Navigate to More → AI Studio for the full AI Studio experience including Autopilot settings.

AI credits work identically on mobile and web — they share the same balance.

Push notifications

The 247BrandHQ mobile app sends push notifications for the same events configured in Settings → Notifications. These include:

• Post published successfully or failed
• Post pending approval (if approval workflows are enabled)
• New inbox message or comment reply
• Team invitation received
• AI credit low warning
• Storage nearing capacity

When you install the app, you are prompted to allow notifications. You can also manage notification permissions in your device Settings (iOS: Settings → 247BrandHQ → Notifications; Android: Settings → Apps → 247BrandHQ → Notifications).

Offline behaviour

The 247BrandHQ mobile app requires an internet connection for most actions. However, the app is designed to handle intermittent connectivity gracefully:

• Offline drafts: You can write a post caption and media attachments while offline. The post is saved locally as a draft. When your connection is restored, you can review and publish or schedule it.
• Offline banner: When the app detects no internet connection, an Offline banner appears at the top of the screen to alert you.
• Reconnecting: When the connection is restored, pull down to refresh any screen and the app will sync the latest data.

Subscribing via Google Play

To subscribe to a paid plan from the Android app:

1. Tap More → Billing.
2. Tap Upgrade plan.
3. Select your desired plan.
4. Tap Subscribe. The Google Play in-app purchase flow opens.
5. Confirm the purchase using your Google Pay method or a linked card.
6. Your new plan takes effect immediately.

Subscribing via Apple App Store

To subscribe to a paid plan from the iOS app:

1. Tap More → Billing.
2. Tap Upgrade plan.
3. Select your desired plan.
4. Tap Subscribe. The Apple in-app purchase confirmation appears.
5. Authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password to confirm.
6. Your new plan takes effect immediately.
