Core Features

Campaigns

Group related posts into campaigns to organise your content around a theme, product launch, or marketing goal.

What is a campaign?

Who can use this: Owner, Admin, Member. Plan requirement: All plans.

A campaign is a named container for a group of related posts. You might create a campaign for a product launch, a seasonal promotion, a client project, or any content series that shares a common theme or goal.

By grouping posts into a campaign, you can:

  • View and manage all posts for a campaign in one place.
  • Track campaign performance in Analytics.
  • Set a campaign start and end date to define the active window.
  • Quickly assign new posts to an existing campaign from the Composer.

Navigate to Campaigns from the left sidebar (web: /campaigns) or from More → Campaigns on mobile.

Creating a campaign

Who can use this: Owner, Admin. Plan requirement: All plans.

  1. Navigate to Campaigns.
  2. Click Create campaign.
  3. Fill in the campaign details:
    • Campaign name (required) — a descriptive name, for example "Q3 Product Launch" or "Ramadan 2026".
    • Description (optional) — notes about the campaign goal, target audience, or key messages.
    • Start date — when the campaign content begins publishing.
    • End date — when the campaign ends. Posts can still be added after this date, but the campaign will show as Ended.
  4. Click Create. The campaign is created and you are taken to the campaign detail page.

Adding posts to a campaign

You can add posts to a campaign in two ways:

From the Composer

  1. Open the Composer.
  2. Expand More options.
  3. Find the Campaign field and click it.
  4. Select an existing campaign from the dropdown, or type to search.
  5. The post will be linked to the campaign when saved or published.

From the campaign detail page

  1. Navigate to Campaigns and open the campaign you want to add posts to.
  2. Click Add posts.
  3. Either create a new post in the Composer with this campaign pre-selected, or select existing posts from your Queue to link to the campaign.
A post can only belong to one campaign at a time. To reassign a post to a different campaign, open the post in the Composer, change the Campaign field, and save.

Campaign statuses

Upcoming

The campaign start date is in the future. Posts can be created and scheduled.

Active

Today's date is between the campaign start and end dates. Posts are scheduled and publishing.

Ended

The campaign end date has passed. Posts can still be viewed; no new posts can be created through the campaign.

Campaign performance

Plan requirement: All plans (advanced reports: Business and above).

Each campaign has a performance summary showing aggregate metrics for all posts within the campaign:

  • Total impressions, reach, and engagements across all campaign posts
  • Number of posts published vs. scheduled vs. draft
  • Best performing post in the campaign
  • Platform breakdown for the campaign

Click View full analytics on the campaign detail page to open the Analytics view filtered to this campaign's date range and posts.

Editing and deleting campaigns

Editing a campaign

  1. Open the campaign from the Campaigns list.

  3. Update the name, description, or date range.
  4. Click Save.

Deleting a campaign

  1. Open the campaign.
