What is 247BrandHQ?

247BrandHQ is a social media management platform for businesses, creators, churches, schools, NGOs, and agencies worldwide. It lets you connect multiple social media accounts and manage all your content from a single place — schedule posts, reply to comments, analyse performance, and let AI generate content for you.

You access 247BrandHQ through a web browser at https://247brandhq.com, or through the 247BrandHQ mobile app on Android and iOS.

Every account starts with a Free plan — no credit card required, no time limit. You can upgrade at any time from Settings → Billing.

Creating an account

Who can use this: Anyone. Plan requirement: None (free).

Signing up is free and takes less than two minutes.

1. Open your browser and navigate to https://247brandhq.com/register.
2. Enter your full name, email address, and a password (minimum 8 characters). Alternatively, select Continue with Google to register using your Google account.
3. Click Create account.
4. A verification email is sent to the address you entered. Check your inbox for a message from 247BrandHQ.

Verifying your email address

Who can use this: All new users. Plan requirement: None.

After registering, you must verify your email address before you can use 247BrandHQ.

1. Open the verification email sent by 247BrandHQ. The subject line is "Verify your 247BrandHQ email address".
2. The email contains a 6-digit verification code. Copy or note the code.
3. Return to 247BrandHQ at https://247brandhq.com/verify-email and enter the code.
4. Click Verify. You will be redirected to the onboarding wizard.

Logging in

Who can use this: All users. Plan requirement: None.

1. Go to https://247brandhq.com/login.
2. Enter your email address and password.
3. Click Sign in. If you registered with Google, click Continue with Google instead.
4. If you have two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled, you will be prompted to enter a 6-digit code from your authenticator app before proceeding.
5. After a successful login you are taken to your dashboard, or to the onboarding wizard if you have not yet completed it.

Signing in with Google

If you registered with Google, or if you added Google as a login method later, you can always sign in using the Continue with Google button on the login page. No password is required — Google handles the authentication and returns you directly to your dashboard.

Setting up two-factor authentication (2FA)

Who can use this: All users. Plan requirement: None. Recommended for all accounts.

Two-factor authentication adds a second layer of security to your account. After you enter your password, you also enter a 6-digit code from an authenticator app.

You will need an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator, Authy, or Microsoft Authenticator installed on your phone.

1. Log in to 247BrandHQ.
2. Click your profile avatar in the top-right corner, then select Settings.
3. Navigate to the Security tab.
4. Under Two-Factor Authentication, click Enable 2FA.
5. A QR code appears on screen. Open your authenticator app and scan the QR code. (If you cannot scan the code, tap Enter key manually in your app and type the secret key shown on screen.)
6. Your authenticator app will generate a 6-digit code. Enter it in the Verification code field on screen.
7. Click Confirm. 2FA is now active on your account.

Resetting a forgotten password

Who can use this: All users. Plan requirement: None.

1. On the login page, click Forgot password? below the Sign in button. You are taken to https://247brandhq.com/forgot-password.
2. Enter the email address associated with your 247BrandHQ account and click Send reset code.
3. Check your inbox for a password reset email. It contains a 6-digit code.
4. On the reset password page (https://247brandhq.com/reset-password), enter the code and your new password.
5. Click Reset password. You are returned to the login page.
6. Sign in with your new password.

The onboarding wizard

Who can use this: All new users. Plan requirement: None.

After verifying your email, 247BrandHQ walks you through a short setup wizard to personalise your account. You only complete the wizard once. You can update any of these settings later from Settings → Profile.

The wizard collects:

• Organisation name — your business or personal brand name.
• Account type — choose the option that best describes you: Business, Creator, Church, School, NGO, or Agency.
• Country — used for currency defaults and regional settings.
• Time zone — all scheduled post times are displayed in this zone. Choose the zone where your primary audience or team is located.
• Language — the language for the 247BrandHQ interface.
• Workspace name — a workspace is a container for your social accounts and posts. Think of it as a brand or client. Free plan users get one workspace; paid plans allow unlimited workspaces.

1. Fill in each field in the wizard and click Next to proceed.
2. Review your details on the summary screen.
3. Click Complete setup. Your account and first workspace are created.

Creator onboarding can be completed with a public creator name, biography, niche, goals, audience, languages, tone, content style, and partnership contact. These details are used by Creator AI and are kept within the current workspace.

What happens after onboarding

After completing the wizard, you land on your Dashboard for the first time. The dashboard will be mostly empty until you:

• Connect a social account — go to Social Accounts to link your first platform.
• Create your first post — open the Composer to write and schedule content.
• Invite your team — go to Team Management to add colleagues.

Logging out

To log out of 247BrandHQ:

1. Click your profile avatar or name in the top-right corner of any page.
2. Select Sign out from the dropdown menu.

On mobile, tap your avatar or navigate to More → Sign out.
