Queue tabs

The Queue is divided into tabs based on post status:

Scheduled

Posts that have been scheduled and are waiting to publish at a future date and time. Posts are sorted by scheduled time.

Drafts

Posts that have been saved but not yet scheduled or published. Sorted by last modified date.

Published

Posts that have been successfully published. Shows a historical record of all published content.

Failed

Posts that failed to publish. Each failed post shows an error message explaining why it failed.

Pending Approval

Posts awaiting approval before they are allowed to publish. Only visible if your workspace has approval workflows enabled (Business and above).

List view vs. Calendar view

The Queue can be displayed in two views, toggled using the view selector in the top-right of the Queue page:

List view

Displays posts in a chronological list with full post details visible on each card: caption preview, platform icons, status badge, and scheduled/published time. Best for quickly scanning and managing individual posts.

Calendar view

Displays scheduled posts on a monthly or weekly calendar grid. Each day shows the posts scheduled for that date. Best for visualising your posting schedule, identifying gaps, and planning content coverage.

Rescheduling a post

Who can use this: Owner, Admin, Member (own posts). Plan requirement: All plans.

  1. Navigate to the Scheduled tab in the Queue.
  2. Find the post you want to reschedule.
    • List view: click the three-dot menu (⋮) on the post card and select Reschedule.
    • Calendar view: drag the post card to a different date on the calendar.
  3. If using the menu approach, a date/time picker appears. Select the new scheduled time and click Confirm.
In Calendar view, you can drag posts to reschedule them visually — grab a post card and drop it onto your desired date. A time picker appears to set the exact time for the new date.

Retrying a failed post

When a post fails to publish, it appears in the Failed tab with an error message.

  1. Go to the Failed tab in the Queue.
  2. Click the failed post to expand it and read the error message.
  3. Resolve the underlying issue first:
    • If the error is Token expired, go to Social Accounts and reconnect the account.
    • If the error is a Platform rejection, edit the post (shorten caption, change media format, etc.).
  4. Once the issue is resolved, click Retry on the failed post card.
  5. The post attempts to publish again immediately.

Deleting a post from the Queue

  1. Find the post in any Queue tab.
  2. Click the three-dot menu (⋮) on the post card.
  3. Select Delete post.
  4. Confirm the deletion in the dialog.

Deleting a scheduled post cancels it permanently. Deleting a published post removes it from the Queue history but does not delete it from the social platform.

Filtering and searching the Queue

Use the filter and search tools at the top of the Queue to find specific posts:

  • Search — type any text to search post captions.
  • Platform filter — show only posts for a specific social account or platform.
  • Label filter — filter posts by the internal labels assigned in the Composer.
  • Date range — show posts in a specific date window.
