Solutions for common issues with 247BrandHQ — login, connections, publishing, billing, and more.

Can't log in
"Invalid credentials" error"Incorrect email or password" messageLogin page refreshes without logging in
- 1Check that you are entering the correct email address. The email is case-insensitive, but make sure there are no extra spaces.
- 2Check your password. Passwords are case-sensitive. If you are using a password manager, make sure it has the correct stored password.
- 3If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot password? on the login page to receive a reset code by email.
- 4If you registered with Google, click Continue with Google instead of entering a password.
- 5If none of the above work, try clearing your browser cookies and cache, then attempt login again.
- Note: If your account has been suspended, you will see a specific suspension notice. Contact support@247brandhq.com for assistance.
Email verification code expired
"Code has expired" message on the verify-email pageCannot proceed past email verification
- 1On the Verify email page, click Resend code.
- 2A new 6-digit code is sent to your email address. Check your inbox (and spam folder).
- 3Enter the new code within 10 minutes before it expires again.
- Note: Each resend request invalidates the previous code. Only use the most recently sent code.

Post failed to publish
"Failed" status on a post in the QueueReceived a "post failed" notificationPost did not appear on the social platform
- 1Open your Queue and find the failed post. It will be marked with a red Failed badge.
- 2Click the post to view the error details. Common errors include: Token expired, Permission revoked, or Platform API error.
- 3If the error is Token expired or Permission revoked: navigate to Social Accounts and reconnect the affected account.
- 4After reconnecting, return to the Queue, find the failed post, and click Retry.
- 5If the error is a platform API error (e.g., the platform rejected the content), review the error message for specific guidance. Common causes include: caption too long, unsupported media format, or posting rate limits.
- Note: If retrying does not work and the error persists, contact support@247brandhq.com with the post ID and error message.

AI features not working or disabled
AI buttons are greyed out in the Composer"Insufficient credits" messageAI Studio generation button is disabled
- 1Check your AI credit balance. Navigate to Settings → Billing → AI Credits or look at the credit indicator on the Dashboard.
- 2If your balance is zero, you need to either wait for your monthly credits to reset (on your billing anniversary date) or purchase a top-up pack from Settings → Billing → Buy AI credits.
- 3Confirm that your current plan includes AI features. The Free plan includes only 10 AI credits per month, which may have been used up.
- 4If you have credits but AI features are still unavailable, try refreshing the page or logging out and back in.
- Note: AI Autopilot pauses automatically when credits are exhausted. It resumes once credits are replenished.

Storage full — cannot upload files

- 1Navigate to Media Library and review your existing files. Delete any files you no longer need to free up space.
- 2To delete files: select them using the checkboxes, then click Delete. Files move to the trash first — empty the trash to immediately reclaim space.
- 3If you need more storage, upgrade your plan. Higher plans include significantly more storage. Go to Settings → Billing → Upgrade plan.
- Note: Upgrading your plan increases your storage limit immediately. You do not need to re-upload any files.

Payment failed
Subscription not activated after attempting to pay"Payment failed" or "Transaction declined" messageNo subscription confirmation email received
- 1Check that your card details are correct and that the card is not expired.
- 2Confirm that your card has sufficient funds or credit limit for the subscription amount.
- 3Some cards require an additional 3D Secure (OTP) verification. Check if a verification SMS or popup was displayed and act on it.
- 4Try a different card or payment method (e.g., bank transfer if using Paystack).
- 5If you are on Android or iOS, ensure your payment method in Google Play or Apple ID is valid.
- 6Wait 5–10 minutes and try again — occasionally payment processors have temporary outages.
- Note: If you were charged but the plan was not activated, email support@247brandhq.com immediately with the transaction reference number.

Team invitation not received
Invitee did not receive the invitation email"Invitation not found" error when trying to accept
- 1Ask the invitee to check their spam or junk mail folder. Invitation emails sometimes land there.
- 2Verify that the email address used in the invitation is correct. Navigate to Team, find the pending invitation, and check the email shown.
- 3If the email is correct but still not delivered, click the three-dot menu on the invitation and select Resend invitation.
- 4Note that invitations expire after 48 hours. If the invitation has expired, it will show as Expired in your Team list. Click Resend to send a fresh one.
- Note: If the invitee uses a corporate email with strict spam filtering, ask them to whitelist no-reply@247brandhq.com.

Mobile app not syncing or showing outdated data
Posts created on web not appearing on mobileCalendar or Queue appears outdatedDashboard shows old data
- 1Check your internet connection. The 247BrandHQ app requires an active connection to sync data.
- 2Pull down on the screen to trigger a manual refresh. A refresh indicator spins at the top to confirm sync is in progress.
- 3Force-close the app and reopen it. On iOS, swipe up from the bottom and swipe the app away. On Android, tap the Recent Apps button and close 247BrandHQ.
- 4If the issue persists, log out of the app (More → Sign out) and log back in. This triggers a full data sync.
- Note: If data sync continues to fail after these steps, uninstall and reinstall the app. Your data is stored server-side and is not lost when you reinstall.
